v0.2 - Small improvements to gameplay, new traps

- New hazards! Floor spikes and circle saws to make your day a little more inconvenient!
- Checkpoints now remember what coins you picked up, but it's unstable right now, so don't count on it too much!
- Added intro screen validation so you can't soft lock your game by not having a name set!
